I am a single mom to my 6 yr. old son. I took in 2 children, 5 wks & 7yrs. to foster them. After 5 months of no Bio-mom to the baby I began to inquire adoption. She was mine and if she could talk she would call me mommy. She and I had fully bonded and she wanted for nothing!!! I always knew Ronnie, my 7 yr.old was going to go back home so I prepared myself. This little girl, Jordan was home! CPS came in and stole her based on seeing her only 2 times when they would scramble to fit in a visit at the end of the month to complete their cases. They knew nothing of our home and love for each other and did not care one bit how the children felt when they came banging on my door with 2 Irvine Police as if I were a criminal. The lasting affects that my 7 yr.old indured that day leaves us all to question the future of our communities. They did more damage in 10 minutes that his own parents did in 7 yrs. It took me 9 months to reasure him he was safe and in the end they did exactly what he feared most. Now they will not even return a phone call or allow him to speak with me and have closure. HOw do they put their heads on their pillows @ night? This baby is now in a different home, a different voice &wonders where is her mommy? I'm here little darling , I did not desert you and Im trying to get you home! CPS has not even asked for her belongings. Shame on them!!!
