Michael McManus is the President and Co-Chair of Marriage Savers a non-profit organization co-founded with his wife Harriet McManus. The goal of Marriage Savers is to push down divorce rates, community by community, church by church and couple by couple.
The key strategy is for local clergy to adopt a Community Marriage Policy (Now in 194 cities).
Marriage Savers then trains Mentor Couples in participating churches to help other couples achieve goals which include to sustain a healthy marriage.
Mr. McNanus is a former reporter for Time magazine. He is an accomplished author his latest book is entitled “Manual to Create a Marriage Savers Congregation”.
He has appeared on CBS, NBC, ABC, PBS, FOX and others as well as been quoted in TIME, U.S. News & World Report, Newsweek, The Wall Street Journal, USA Today. |
