Carol Rhodes, has worked with child custody and support enforcement agencies in Michigan for over 20 years. She is a former enforcement officer/investigator for the 37th Circuit Family Court system In Michigan.
Ms. Rhodes has a Behavioral Psychology degree from Western Michigan University.
She wrote a book entitled, Friend of the Court; Enemy of the Family, exposing the inequities and corruption of a bureaucracy that is based on money and not the best interests of the children or families. The book details for the American taxpayer how Federal, State and Local taxes are being wasted and how the system that we think is designed to support children is really hurting both children and society at large...Her goal is to make sure the public knows the truth about wasted tax revenue and to see that children are given their God-given right to have equal access to both fit parents.
