Lisa Bierly is a parent and a victim of CPS fraud.
I had my two youngest children -Jordan and Leigh (youngest 2 of 4 children) kidnapped illegally from me by the Department of Child and Family Services in the State of Utah. My son Jordan, was running around playing with his friends when he was taken for an, " Immediate need of Medical Care" - he is a Juvenile Diabetic. He was not taken to a hospital or to the Doctor who alleged the medicl neglect, nor was he taken to a medical center. He was taken to a shelter facility of the state. We did not meet the doctor that alleged the medical neglect till 5 days after he was stolen.
Our little girl Leigh was taken at 2 years old for "Sibling at risk for medical neglect".
My older boys, Tim 18 years old and Peter, 15 years old were never taken even though they were also siblings of Jordans. Tim, Peter and Leigh all did not have juvenile diabetes. The real reason why Leigh was taken as told to me by the Assistant Attorney General, Paul Amann was "Because she is marketable".
My children were promised to come home by DCFS but never stayed. The corruption in this case was insurmountable. Fraud, Kidnapping, RICO, and many other crimes were committed but no one was held accountable. I went to the Office of Inspector General in the Department of Health and Human Services,the Legislature and the FBI to have the State Actors to be held accountable-to no avail. The FBI took my evidence to the U.S. Attorneys office and they would not prosecute.
The Utah State Legislators asked for a state Audit of my case-the first audit in history of a single DCFS case. They concluded that," They ( the auditors) could not justify the state's taking of Jordan and Leigh". Nothing was done about it.
I am filing a lawsuit against the state within a week.
I have fought for my children for 7 years and want to have justice done and the state employees who have committed crimes in my case and others to be held accountable for the kidnapping of precious, innocent children for federal funds-funds that the states receive for the removals of children. |
