STOLEN by CPS-placed in Foster Care, some SOLD in Adoptions by same state agencies; & Parent Alienation.
NO age limit/restictions if child is/was "victimized", they're WELCOME in this quilt-in/out Foster Care, is/out of home, aged out of system/released, in/out Kinship care, SOLD in State arranged adoption; they "should" be included. They're NOT isolated cases.
