We're not asking for equal outcomes in parenting, we're asking for equal parenting opportunities which can only be enforced by equal outcomes in custody actions. If all fit parents had equal protection of heir parental rights, there'd be no expectation of sole custody in divorce, and fewer people would file without cause or for selfish reasons. The expectation of sole custody is currently operating as a government incentive for divorce. Use Federal CS incentive money to reward states which can demonstrate compliance with Constitutional mandates of equal protection and due process.

My husband & I have been threatened & attacked by the mother & her family, no one does anything, but the children learn this is appropriate. However, there is no chance of this happening unless we can prove that her mother is either an IV drug user or a prostitute. We are told by her mother that we are living "high on the hog" and that she is taking us back to court for more money. We have a moderate amount of money only because I work full time (while my son is in day care), while she stays at home full time, living on the child support (not alimony) that my husband pays her. None of this is fair, and it creates a lot of resentment that is not good for my stepdaughter. It's time to stop assuming that the mother is the best parent for the child. In this case, that assumption is creating one very confused and damaged little girl.

# 316:Jul 23, 2007, Gale White, Massachusetts - this child was removed due to stolen ring from high sch. his aunte my second daughter was accused of stealing along with 4 other girls. a yr. prior to this this same daughter this boy's aunte was coerced to get into a 34 yr. old felon's car as he told her i wanted to give her to the state. the barnstible county gave this non relative my daughter's custody for an 8 mos. service plan. it was then i learned of the age of concent being dropped to 16 yrs. which this man within 4 mos. tried to do what an uneducated non professional would have considered common sense. my daughter was then able to call me for the 1 st time during this time spent with this man to come and get her due to this man making her promiss not to tell the police what he tried to do. we had just moved days before for the 1st time in 8 yrs. to give this boy his own room. this boy's mother was in state care thanks to her father. while in state care at the maelable age of 14 she was removed by a 24 yr. old drug addict. now this boy's mother is a drug attict for the past 25 yrs. due the servicing by the state. why would i want to do this to another child after suffering along with her older sister for 25 yrs. as i have? right maybe i am mentally unstable, what ever it takes to protect the state and forward the case for the federal dole in which this agency is run on. i have recordings of all who were involved in both cases including the provoking chasitising phone calls and messages left by the felon (for drugs a/b b/e all of which the judge who kept us outside the dor guidelines since appearing in the local newspaper for the lack of housing on cape cod cut in half)as the judge stated he excused this man's charges and gave custody of my then 14 yr. old daughter to this man. the social worker reported she was adusting fine while there. i have sneak phone calls to prove other wise. but this adminsitration/agency/judicail venue would/will not allow the truth to be exposed fearing the exposure of the retaliation i and the children have suffered from. this seems to be the norm for this country in and outside this country. legal, moral, ethical? sadistic is more like it.

And remove all involved parties that detroy the family unit and that's any judge, council, gals, therapist,case workers, physicians,police personel, etc.. and just bring every major media source to tape the testimonies from our kids and send that to The Supreme Courts.? My children were ripped from my life and me from theirs. Cook County treated me like I was left over trash set on a curb for 6 years. I need to be added to a lawsuit from Illinois can I be contacted. Brain washing and negligence and wreckless handling of people's lives is a human rights violation. Professional unaccountability must be dealt with immediately. Harassment from police municipals and falsified reports must be examined . Evidence of Unfit LAW Makers Must Be Removed From Their Duties and Placed In JAIl. Pay Up To $180.000.00 to each person the Law Makers and Breakers Have Visciously Victimized. Permit the underage children to file deprivation of their rights at the risk of felony activity with no cause by the time they are 14 yrs of age in every county and state.
