I feel if a father is financially, mentally, and emotionally able to care for his children, he should be involved in his children's lives. My son's father has extensive debilitating mental health issues and substance addiction disorders, and has acted out in rage and violence towards our child. He has shown the court he is incapable of being a father. At any rate, I have befriended a group of single mothers who have not utilized public welfare dollars, who incidentally keep in contact with their children's fathers, and despite physical evidence proving that the fathers are paying their support, the mothers do not receive it. Corruption needs to stop! Additionally, I would like to add to all mothers out there that "some" men may be poor excuses of husbands and boyfriends, but that does not make them bad fathers. Let go of anger and resentment for failed relationships and realize that not all men are bad fathers. Rap artist 50 cent is ordered to pay 25k per month to his child's mother. It is "child support" , not "unmarried mother support". Women, realize that it takes two (and sometimes a doctor) to make a child. If you fail to take measures that would otherwise prevent the creation of life, it is equally your responsibility to have a plan for that life you create. If your unmarried relationship does not work out, it is equally up to you to be self sufficient and have an education or work activity that will enable you to financially provide for your children. When an unmarried couple separates, you as an individual are no longer the man's responsibility. Society needs to wake up and stop punishing fathers who actually make a living and support their children. Why not punish mothers who do not work and live off of immense child support payments? There is no excuse why 50 cent's child's mother should even receive 25k per month in child support let alone ask for more. It disgusts me, and makes me saddened and embarrassed that women demanded equal rights but are hippocritical when it comes to money and child support.

Isnt it strange that our government will fund the mass killing of millions of babies yet they refuse to fund the restoration of the family?? Again, may God soften the hearts of our leaders in Washington.

I worked hard to remove four children from the home with their sick father who had many addictions, was violent, many affairs, and two attempted murders of me, one while I was pregnant with our last son. There were two protective orders on him. He never, in 9 years of dragging me through court to destroy me financially first, did he make a claim that I was an unfit mother or abusive to my children, nothing in any of his affidavits. He was a deadbeat dad for these 11 years. But then he found his answer, a fathers' rights' attorney (who is also under investigation) to represent him WHO HE DID NOT HAVE TO PAY ONE CENT FOR because he his paid through federal grants to represent sick fathers and they came in front of a alleged corrupt judge in Fourth Judicial District Court, Judge James R. Taylor, who was allegedly bribes -- who judicially kidnapped immediately without obeying the law and violating my Constitutional parental rights and due process rights. Then first of the year, my ex went after my last son -- I knew I would go down kicking before they stole another son from me (I am fighting for 3 sons to not become sick and violent like their father). I filed a Motion to Recuse All Judges in Fourth District -- to place on public record and provide to officials here in Utah and nationwide, that they are allegedly involved with organized crime -- and they are paid for stealing children, it is a conspiracy and a racket and currently under investigation of our government and law enforcement officials. DO NOT JUST LET THEM TAKE YOUR CHILDREN -- YOU FIGHT WITH EVERY FIBER IN YOUR BEING. GOD HAS COMMANDED US TO STAND IN FRONT OF EVIL JUDGES (AND EVIL CPS, GUARDIAN AD LITEMS AND CUSTODIAL EVALUATORS) AND EXPOSE THEM.

Something is terrible wrong when civil courts are regularly jailing Fathers who've committed no crime, bankrupting them and taking their kids. As many of you know, the Domestic Relations Courts in this country are destroying the lives of fathers and children on a daily basis. Jailing a person who is NOT in arrears on child support because they can't pay fee's and court-ordered costs? At least in the Criminal Justice system one can "work off" fines if they are indignant. My children need their FATHER. The other problem with the system is that there is NO ACCOUNTIBILITY for how the child support is spent. My ex spends on herself and then shows the kids my tax returns and tells them that I can afford to buy them whatever they want. It's time to fix the system and put the family first.

The corruption we found to exist within the CPS agency tore my family apart and it took 18 months, while grieving like people without hope, to rescue our little girl and bring her home. Amercian homes are being invaded by CPS agents without warrants, and without any sort of fair trial children are torn from their parents arms...simply because of the opinion of one CPS worker. The CPS agency as it exists now is a recipe for disaster, with huge monitary incentives for removing children and none for leaving them in their homes. This is coupled with the fact that parents are not given due process as guaranteed under the US Contitution. In Illinois, in courtrooms not open to the public, mock trials are held and innocent familes torn apart. And the worst of it all is how terrifying it is for a child to be abducted from good homes by government agents. Our child waited day by day to be rescued from the group home she was warehoused in...longing for nothing more than to return to the ones she loves.
