We are treated equally -- corrupt judges and cps do not care -- they just make money and earn real estate when they steal a child. So everyone needs to stop pointing fingers at their ex's. It is the courts and CPS (when they call in false child abuse allegations) that allow the destruction of the family and the stealing of children. If you don't know already, organized crime that is headquartered in Maricopa County, Arizona, is at the core of it. It has infiltrated our US judicial system. The corrupt have real estate there. When one parent is given less importance in a child's eyes by being made a mere visitor in their child's life, it hurts not only the child, but the non-custodial parent, not to mention the non-custodial parent's family. There are grandparents, cousins, aunts and uncles that are also a part of children's lives that are being systematically removed by our court system by forcing a cookie cutter approach to custodial cases. # 86:Jul 16, 2007, Brian Heaton, Michigan - Since my X was caught cheating she filed for divorce & instead of being treated fairly I have been hit with alimony & child support totalling more then $2,700.00 a month along with all of our bills another $6,000.00 they have takening my kids from me even though i had dozen's of letters from my X's friends as well as mine too that have know us for 15 to 25 yrs. but no affect my X has violated the temp. order repeadtly and nothing done she filed contempt on me back in last Dec. i was found in contempt on the 8th & spent Christmas & New Years Eve. in jail for what ?? I had clear proof the courts only used one yrs. tax records (there supposed to use 3 & devide to find the average of those yrs.) which my X was claiming loan $$$ as income also that we filed jointly & i was hit with all of it even though we made it togeather she stated she wasn't employed again we could proof that was a lie too but nothing!! In order for a Judge to beable to use jail as a tool they first must beable to proof that you had the means to pay & refused to pay but, that wasn't the case with me I had past due bills totalling more than $250,000.00 also a copy of a check i barrowed from my equilty line to pay but they didn't care my rights were violated again. My children are being used as a $$$ tool & the courts don't care they can't proof me unfit either as i love my children deeply. I have it-lease a dozen mistakes that have happend in my case but again the Judges would rather to continue to ruin me persoanlly & professionally (credit too as been tarnished cz. of this) All I have wanted is to parent my children equally out of Love & I'm stopped @ every turn this is insane . My X as clearly lied on the stand we have proof to back it up but again nothing done they have clearly discrimniated agaisnt me for being a man . I truly feel as though i'm just an ATM MACHINE child support off of incorrect info. they have frozen my jobs with lien's they want paid but can't complete the jobs to pay anymore cz. of theses lien's Judges refuse to make right what they have done even though they again were supplied correct taxes but the only thing they can say is will deal with it in the end well it as been over 2 years & each month I'm going more then $15,000.00 in debt I'm ruined .....my credit went from 750/780 now i'm lucky if it's 500 can't run my custom home building business either cz. you need credit to do that when i was put in jail back in 12/8/06 for 30 days i lost another business & all of my emploee's have quit theses Judges need to be held accountable for there actions as there's no responsiblity for there actions. Justice is coming (Fathers 4 Justice )
