Title IV-D is used to incentivize arrest procedures against innocent people who have fallen on hard times and are incarcerated in what can only be termed as unconstitutional and abolished debtor's prisons. Title IV-D is a family destroyer because it creates a new welfare class--where one never existed--the middle class. People forced into the Title IV-D system are being used to extract as much federal funding as possible in order for the states to engorge themselves on additional spending monies, rather than look for ways to cut budgets. The best way to eliminate Title IV-D family destroying laws is to eliminate the child support enforcement bureaucracy (operating at the tune of $5-10 BILLION dollars per year) and send the checks directly to recipients the same way Social Security sends checks to recipients. The bureaucracy has outlived its usefulness and has become a playground for titles of nobility who claim immunities for themselves when they violate constitutionally protected rights of innocent people.

I've seen this family abuse these children horribly, but no one will do anything because of the bias towards custodial parents being the "best" parent.

I have many friends that are from broken homes.They would love to have both parents in thier lives and feel good about doing so. Like alot of young struggling mothers she has dovoted all her spare time and limited income to be there for her son Alek. Alek is not her only child, she also has an 11 year old daughter, her name is Makala, from what I have seen first hand the bond between the mother and these two children is so great, but now I fear that the caulous court system is once again interfering and destroying the delicate fabric created from a mothers Love for her son. For many yeats the court system has taken avantage of people like my daughter, will this abuse from the court system ever Stop! I'm hoping that someone out their can help her.

The DCSF (which is what they call it in this state) wrote an encyclopedia about me with all kinds of drummed up charges. They took my 12 yr old son also who was not even involved. This state is trying to "terminate" jurisdiction and give custody to the supposed "non offending parent", the father. The father who owes >$50,000 in back child suppport, who lives 3,000 miles away in a mobile home/trailor park. He is a habitual POT smoker and whatever else. He leaves them alone all day while he works 1 1/2 hrs away or shafts them off on relatives. He psychologically abuses them and does not spend a dime on them. They have called me up hysterically telling me that they want to come home.........this is a very long story. I hope that through this rally in DC that other cities and towns will follow suite.
