Number two It takes two a Man and a woman to make a baby and it takes two a father and a mother to raise a child. It is the way it is. Mothers hold the nuturing roles yeah a dad can do it but not many times as good a mom, Fathers well they are better at having fun with the kids and teaching them how to get in trouble with mom but then they are the first ones to make sure the child respects and behaves. It is a healthy balance that all kids need. If you look at the generations of kids today they spend hours on end cursing, modleing pictures exposing their selves, talking about drugs, suicide, robbing, sneaking out at night and it goes on. How many of those kids would be on that myspace with a Dad at home honestly. My husband and I moniter our teens on the internet. Its a long story our situation but I can wrap it up My husband had my stepkids all by himself for 12 months when their mom walked out. Then I met him and we pulled our two familys together this went on for another 2 years with their mom not hardly ever seeing them but all along she was begging us to let her tell Dept of social services the kids lived with her so she could get food stamps we said no. Well she learned if she had those kids she could get welfare, food stamps and section 8 guess what she took us to court right after having a baby of our own, her parents paid for the attorney got the best they could get. We couldnt afford one I wasnt working I just lost my mom, my daughter had a heart attack and I almost died of preclamsia then my husband lost his job because of having to go to court for calender calls. The judge gave her primary custody. She gets welfare, food stamps and section 8 pays 600 a month for her rent not to mention the other free stuff she gets. Im tried of kids being used to support their moms its their life and they should not be a paycheck to their mother. When I have money Im spending it on my kids not earning it from having my kids. My stepdauthers bank account was empty in 4 weeks after she got her. Then she told her parents I took the money. I wasnt on the account my stepdaughters mom was. The woman is a liar, manipulator and puts my stepkids in danger all the time. But somehow cause of her so many rights she comes out smelling like a rose. Child protective services has done nothing to protect those kids either.

HIS ATTORNEY WAS EVEN WORKING WITH THE ATTORNEY AND THE PLAINTIFF RATHER THAN REPRESENTING HIS CLIENT AND HIS BEST INTEREST THIS IS GOING ON ALL OVER THE USA AND FATHERS ARE BEING WALKED ON, WE NOW ARE SPEAKING AND SHOUTING OUT WE DEMAND OUR RIGHTS THAT THE US CONSTITUTION GIVES US AND WE DONT CARE AOBUT THE BUDDY SYSTEM THE LAWYERS HAVE WITH THE JUDGES WE WILL FILE A BAR GREIVANCE ON EVERY ATTORNEY THAT DOES NOT GIVE HIS FULL SERVICE OR QUITS IN THE MIDDLE OF REPRESENTATION OR VIOLATES ANY OF A FATHERS RIGHTS IN COURT. SO I HOPE THE BAR ASSOCIATIONS IN ALL THE STATES AND THE LAWYERS ARE READY FOR THIS ONE.

The children suffered extreme mental and emotional abuse from both her and her husband. Stop this from happening to our children. They are our tommarows...

Shared equal parenting should be the law. Fathers should not have to be subjected to the will of the mother to see his children. Fathers should not have to suffer while the mother decides whether to ask or not for full custody, and most likely have it granted.

My mom refuses to allow me to have a meaningful relationship with my daughter and even kept her from knowing her baby brother for the 1st. 13 months of his life. Both of my children are suffering, I went back to court and after about 6 months in the system I walked away with 7 hours every other Sunday with my daughter. The Judge didn't even look at my documents and CPS is aware of the psychological abuse and has done nothing. THIS IS WRONG! The government is supposed to help families and help us protect our children from harm. It seems as though the system is broken and now families are being destroyed with the children being treated as prizes/extra income. Please, put a stop to this and help us protect our children from the cruelty of abuse. The picture is of my daughter, Betsy, and my son, Walter on one of Betsy's visits. Look at it and ask yourself this question-Do these kids deserve to be protected? If you answered yes then what are you willing to do to help protect them???? You are the people that have the POWER to change this!!!!
