Now being at 61 totally disabled and since Aug.5,2004 my children have been kidnapped,by the state and their hired gun agencies FL.DCF et.al.,aided and abetted by the Fl.court all under the color of law.I was told by judge Waller, Aug.9,2006, "your children are too young at ages 9 and 8 years old to know about the constitution,their rights and the military,and you have no right to teach them."DCF et.al. has entered false documents to the court,unclean hands,assisted in and sanction false RO's as well as performing a five day delay forensic examination in order to cover up an assault,then performed their own employee assault on top of the original assault.They have abused the children in many more ways than they have assisted the children which is suppose to be their job function, BUT,they do not perform their own functions nor respect their own laws and the judges go right along with the program. This is NOT in the best interest of my child(ren) or any child(ren) any where in this country.When a parent stands up to them and requests that they follow their own laws and the Constitution of which they have taken an oath to,they attack the parent with words such as what judge Waller stated to me on Dec.20, 2006, "you use who DCF says or I will 'Terminate you'." Actions and talk like that mentioned above is not in the best interest of any child any where any place at any time.There are many parents through out this country that have the same stories,mine is just but one. The state agencies perform like this because of the SS Title IV and all the incentives they receive from the government.Thus it is profitable for ALL the states to break apart families and any maintain limited contact of a parent with their own posterity and in many cases such as mine,NO Contact at All for no other reasons other than bias,discrimination and the parent standing up for ones own Unalienable right. I never signed up for this,nor can I expect to accept it,and as fare as I can see it is no less than,"friendly fire" right here in our own country 'under the color of law' performed by those who are suppose to be on our side ,yet they are against us as if they are terrorists within our own gates. 'Children need Both Parents in their life',not the state acting as a parent for our own posterity.

I need my son home with me not being part of a legal kidnapping that is called DSS. They want to have him adopted by his foster mother despite me having never done anything wrong to my son. DSS Has never once attempted reunification despite the courts ruling that it is in his best interest to be home with me. Now I am facing termination of my parental rights because a state quota has to be met for continued funding. Funding needs to be redirected to keep families together not tear them apart.
